I'm betting this one belongs to one of two people. Wasn't there some rumor about Cylob being pretty broke....could be his, or i've heard that Mixmaster Morris is pretty skint as well, poor crazy old bastard. Stands to reason he'd probably have a copy.

He's posted a comment on Discogs before that said something to the effect of "I don't have a copy of this but I'm on it!". If it was really him, anyway.
