I dunno...listen to the mix mibio did of the first tracks together, up in his dropbox. To me, they sound very complete together too.

Mine is Cruel\Lions (bass)

Is my version of Lions the only one with voice + instruments?

Also, when I put in my Bulldozer CD to rip it, my ripping program autofilled the album title as "Alchemy". Maybe that was the original title of the album or something, I don't know. But I feel it's fitting to unofficially call the bundle of these tracks 'Alchemy EP'.

Heaves Heavy Heart starts w/ some nylon string guitar similar to the Union Station track...

Lions Manor starts with violin/cello samples etc

then some jazzy samples w/ modular sounds sax and other sounds heavily drenched reverb

I will figure our a way to rip them unless someone has uploaded the same disc already

@triachus your description matches the Vox version of Lions Manor, I wasn't eagle eyed enough to spot you had it paired with Soil & Fences. I have now.

So there's presently 6 track 1's and 4 distinct parts to Lions Manor, a disc containing every combination would yield 24 discs? Hmmmm...

I literally just bought a WATMM account to keep track/take part in this Bonus Track ordeal. Here's my contributing part to Lions Manor:

I'm not sure if it has been posted yet, but my portion has a pizzicato strings intro, with some SFX and modular synths later on. My other track was "Cruel to a Heart That's True".

Also, if anyone wants to sell me their bonus CDs for $15 a pop, I'm looking to buy any versions with different Track 1's from mine.

So I'm mixing up the first tracks and I've come to the conclusion that there are TWO different tracks to be made from the track No. 1's from the various CDs.

Here's what works for me, from what we have:

Particle of Dust + Away Away + Beacon + Heaves Heavy Heart = 1 Track, around 3 minutes long.

Cruel to a Heart That's Heavy + Soils And Fences = 1 Track, around 5 minutes

Of course, there may still be pieces left, but these pieces at least go together well. I will upload my mixes of them for you to decide if I'm just hearing things.

I correct myself:

Soil and Fences + Cruel to a Heart that's Heavy = 1 Track, five mins

Beacon + Away Away + Heaves Heavy Heart = 1 Track, 3 mins.

Particle of dust doesn't really seem to fit the other two. So maybe there's actually three bonus tracks?

Hmm...actually, I think I'm wrong about the first tracks. Some of the tracks sort of go together, but not completely. I think I was working under a delusion only I saw lol.

Actually Lions Manor is up to 6 parts. And the first tracks are also part of one track, of which I believe we now have 6 parts too.

 

I think the first track is only named different things so we can tell the difference between the discs. I hope, anyway.

If there are indeed only 6 bonus tracks, and only 4 parts to Lions Manor, then the total variation of discs out there must be 6 * 4 = 24

The new AWAY Awat track plays perfectly with Heaves heavy heart so that ust be part of track 1

Also, I've slightly renamed the directories in the Dropbox for concision:

$track1title + $lionsmanorstem ($contributor)

So it contains one of each track 1, except tonfarben's 'Away, Away' which I've just downloaded, and at least one of each 'Lions Manor' stem. Would you mind if I put your track in there, tonfarben? Also, guys, if you've uploaded your tracks but they're not in my Dropbox, would you like them to go in?
