Hell, they don't even play chords: their guitarist Jeff Irwin only plays the bottom string for most of the songs! But still massive sounding, inspiring that you could make such vast music so simply to a young boy like myself just learning guitar.

Also I would like to state that Sunken Foal is also massively underrated. The EP he has on Bandcamp is AMAZING

Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. Sabrina, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Sabrina, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your asshole. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist.

I was on WATMM posting about nothing in particular. Unreleased Aphex Twin records line the walls, they must have costed me more than the average person's lifetime earnings. My secretary, who is in love with me, comes in the room and asks where we want to go to diner. I tell her to get a reservation at Dorsia and that she should change her cheap looking blouse. It's hideous and I almost threw up in my mouth. I put on some Phil Colins and wonder how I'm to dispose of the bodies of the three prostitutes I murdered last night

Bendish

He is underrated, because he is not even rated, really. I dunno if he comes here, but basically, he seems to share his music with nobody. He seems to make music really for the joy of making music, and that is a beautiful thing. As of now, he has <30 soundcloud followers, and he is outputting more solid works than people with several hundred.

He posted this as a preview to an upcoming ting... and will delete it soon.... So hurry, and listen to THIS, and be like oh-shit to this 13 minute work of craft, muthafuckin' nu-tech phuture trip hop.

Stephen, I only recently found Ochre and immediately bought his whole catalog, well worth the money. Check out his album "National Igniton" http://ochremusic.com/music/
