Going to stop lurking to post some. This is my favourite type of thing...

Some Gas would work:

Savvas Ysatis & Taylor Deupree - Origins (album) if you can find it. Reminds me a lot of both Mountains and Gas.

Not really ambient but nice

just look up "meditation music" or "relaxing music" on youtube and you'd be surprised that some of it is not that bad...

listen to this (in this order) and you'll be purified and happy ;) i know it's a 50 min long journey but give it a go it's worth the time.

...the early '90s, golden age of ambient electronic music and these are my fav top 3 track of that era

p.s. i wanted to post lichen by afx, although it's a really nice track it doesnt make my happy somehow. it's more like a representation of passed happiness which gives to it that melancholic dimension. very very rarely i feel happy while i'm listening to it but this 3 track makes me happy every single time.

honorable mentions:

this track alone is an unforgeable journey. pure medicine!

i'm not sure if happy but surely uplifting to me

tracks i couldnt find on you tube:

tetsu inoue - mini moon (from his album inland which i highly recommend)

christopher hipgrave - brightening, multiplying (from slow, with pages of fluttering interference)

Ignoring personal attachment to music, if I was to pick a happy track off Pop it would be #4:
