A quick search shows there was no "sell your rotten ovaries" before Richard said it in the interview.

There was a couple of mentions of "ovaries" as well as one "sell you rotten" something else. So, RDJ just sorta combined a few in his head as he belly-laughed heartily while sipping tea and twisting a knob on a 40 year old synth like he would tweak his own nipple. Or at least that's how I imagine it.
