really like the synth work and programming and actually the mix is pretty much there - I think what people are bringing up is the overall mix level - it needs a pretty major boost (obviously without ceiling any of those lovely frequencies you've got going on) - I guess its what people would generally refer to as normalisation (to 0db) - at the moment you seem to be peaking at about -4 or -5 db (basically its very quiet)

 

t-racks should prolly be able to sort you out though - just adjust the overall output (being sure not fuck up the limiting though as you don't want to celin anything and get clipping etc) - and bare in mind that if you're running t-racks through your VST card (using ASIO I guess basicaly) then its always gonna sound much louder in tracks than it does once you play the wav in winamp etc - its alway a good idea to immediately replay a file through your player of choice and just check that its as loud as you're after I reckon
