It has been said for other tracks but he finished fogbeak and just sat on it until now, it blows my mind.

If I could take a wild guess then Soundcloud probably broke Soundcloud, as they usually do :) or it's just Richard that has a specific ranking system on his frontpage (the spotlight ones being his alltime faves, that's for sure, but beneath that the ones with the most likes / views maybe? Hard to tell)
