I'm surprised no one mentioned the system shock 2 soundtrack by Eric Brosius. That would fit the vibe you're going for perfectly. Nobody hardly ever mentions that one. He was giving away the .wav files for a while. They sound incredible.

Honorable mentions to deus ex and FSOL, though

i actually just came across this about two weeks ago, and i think it fits perfectly:

http://somafm.com/play/sf1033(SF 10-33: Ambient music mixed with the sounds of San Francisco public safety radio traffic.)

i'd been working to build a google music playlist for when my friends and i play shadowrun together, but about a month ago all my playlists mysteriously disappeared.

How about Fieldtriqp? He sounds pretty cyberpunk to me, especially in tracks like

Edit. Just been getting into Cousin Silas. Many pay what you like/free releases on the webs from him. The Ballard Landscapes releases would work in a cyberpunk setting.

Always had a soft spot for Access to Arasaka, really lush style, immediately makes me think of cyberpunk cities (Incidentally, "Arasaka" being a reference to a Netrunner off-shoot game called "Cyberpunk 2020")

Stoked to watch OA II. The movement thing never bothered me, anyone familiar with Druidic studies will recognize the importance of movement to get to higher planes.
