I'm hardly a closed minded nun. Remember, I'm on a fucking IDM forum.... an IDM forum.. Think about that for a second before claiming people are closed minded nuns.

Starship Flight 7 had an engine problem in orbit and self destructed, the views from the ground of the fragments re-entering are kindof sublime, like a special effect

New-Glenn-1_01162024.jpg&w=1920&q=75

NG-1:
On Jan. 16 2025, the New Glenn rocket, the new heavy-lift launch vehicle developed and operated by the American commercial space company Blue Origin, blasted off from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida, and successfully reached its intended orbit, an important milestone for Blue Origin. The first-stage booster missed its landing on a barge in the Atlantic though, but it's still a great achievement for a commercial space company.

The rocket is designed to have a partially reusable, two-stage design with a diameter of 7 meters (23 ft) and 98 m (322 ft) tall (which is very big d) (almost double the size of a SpaceX Falcon 9, but smaller than a SpaceX Starship). The first stage is powered by seven BE-4 engines, while the second stage relies on two BE-3U engines, designed and built by Blue Origin.
