same... I don't see why it would be. That would be a huge disappointment (no offense). We already have both of those releases why combine it on one and resell it? Granted, I'm a u-ziq completionist and would still buy it.. I just want new Paradinas because I'm greedy. Chewed Corners was amazing.

well. it does have the same artwork, borderline same title, and no information saying it's a brand new album.

for all we know it could be a CD version of the 2 EPs.

not trying to put this in any neg light or anything but its totally entirely possible :)

yep - xtep + rediffusion + jap bonus track = 43 min cd at mid-price - i had so many emails and messages asking for both those eps on cd, and it doesn't cost much to rerelease. i haven't written much new solo material since chewed corners. so don't wait. lots of new heterotic though.

if heterotic is boiling along nicely we good. ;-]

watch out for those new UK obscenity laws though ;-p Soon they'll be coming for artist names.

I'll rebuy xtep in this xtlp format (cause i don't have redifissuon/jap trakcs) and also gift to some good friends, 'cause xtep is one of my favourite record of this '10 and it needs to be listened and loved by the right people! <3

... still strictly physical, strictly no vinyl either - so if folks don't release on CD, no sale to me. don't quite understand why people miss formats out.

... not sure of the economics. i suspect it's impossible to sell something if you don't produce it - and selling it will probably cover the costs, i guess ... after all, i see people with bandcamp pages selling "glass mastered CDs" in very limited runs for not much more than i'd pay for an album with much wider distribution.

Excited for this release, i've been listening to Chewed Corners quite a lot lately and I've decided his recent output is some of his most enjoyable work (imo tbf bbq)

PS If you read this - I saw your set at Reading Festival in 1999, around the time Royal Astronomy came out. I didn't really understand your music at the time (I was 17 at a rock festival and pissed on Jack Daniels, lol) but looking back on it now it was a great time.

µ-ziq is just an incredible artist. he's that architect that never gets the headlines (aphex = gehry) but literally everything they've made is incredible, more playful, more somber, doesn't embrace "itself" as much. charles moore, frank furness, maybe toyo ito. amazing.

Received and greatly enjoyed over the weekend.

IMO some of his strongest work alongside chewed corners.
