Looks like New Jersey does not have the same kind of law as New Hampshire to prevent its state's national guard from being deployed in foreign war without congress first declaring war. Operation Inherent Resolve has been revitalized, with 1500 New Jerseyan national guardsmen being deployed to Syria and Iraq. Is this escalation stemming from America's friend Israel's war?
