Weird conclusion. He isn't skilled at much, a DoS attack just requires the cash to hire out a botnet, I don't think he was behind infecting computers, so he can't do much against cyber attacks. But cutting off access to services like Xbox Live and PSN isn't exactly crime of the century, either, so I don't know what jailtime would achieve, exactly.
