horrible drug, it both makes you really stupid and provokes a diarrhea. the results of this combination of side effects are often disastrous for me.

If it gives you diarrhea then Jesus has not selected you for danknugz compatibility. I stay smoking on the doja like a soldier til my brain's the size of protozoa.

I've actually never heard of someone getting the squirts from weed.

Not saying you're lying eug, just that you'd be fairly unique if that's true.

do u over-stress when wiping? "lord when is it gonna look clean aaaagggghhhhh....."

could lead to unnecessary over-cleaning and hemorrhoids bwlad, def time to skin up ffs

Be very wary of this scam, I fell for it recently. As the guy states, almost every Pax 2 being sold on eBay and Amazon is a Chinese fake, except possibly used units.

Pretty sure I posted this in another thread at some stage but the 'Mr.X' essay by Carl Sagan is an insightful wee piece about cannabis use:

Main reason for posting this is that I was looking for similarly insightful/lucid writing about weed, please post that sort of thing if you have any ideas!

Rain Over Mountain is out now; 100% of Bandcamp sales are donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Association:

Really awesome essay and it really applies to all psychedelics not just cannabis

people have been doing lots of things for thousands of years, as long as it doesn't kill you before you reproduce there's a good chance it's still fucking you up.

"A minute of secondhand marijuana smoke may damage blood vessels: Study in rats"

rats aren't humans. people have been smoking weed for thousands of years.

You should probably read the article. It is about second-hand/passive smoking. Also:

  Quote

"Arteries of rats and humans are similar in how they respond to secondhand tobacco smoke, so the response of rat arteries to secondhand marijuana smoke is likely to reflect how human arteries might respond," Springer said.

Not to mention the links to schizophrenia.

its the classic discretion/promotion dilemma

if you abuse it it will abuse you & even then unique & more general factors underpin every individual's experience to exposure

All kinds of potions have their casualties just as cannabis has its perks & demons. Any number are capable of ushering in more extensive % ratio of permanent headrotting conditions like hallucinogen persisting perception disorder.

Is it any surprise if carnage ensues when soaking young developing minds in the stuff? For the elderly, decrepit fogies like meself a few low dose vapes are a useful psychological purge that unknots creases & unfurls recesses. It can bring underlying thoughts & emotions into focus and its been a v effective grounding tool for ptsd, although its not exactly a social lubricant like a few pints out (or more if you live in Britain)

tbh alcohol is waging a war on more folks i know & while its a spectrum ranging from heavy social drinkers to addicts, its the degenerative acceleration of someone hitting 140+units a week for 20years+ thats haunting

to lighten that spiel

This is pretty meaningless especially considering they are claiming it's strictly the burning of the plant matter that causes the issue.

Even more so, when studies have shown marijuana use is beneficial to lung functioning.

Moreover, the decrease in blood vessel function was shown to be temporary.

There's plenty of temporary changes that occur in response to all number of stimuli that are inconsequential.

But there's not even enough detail in this article to accurately understand what was going on in the study.

How much smoke did they expose the rats to? Was it proportional to what a human would experience? What was the composition of the smoke? Was there a difference in response to just plant matter vs plant matter and thc? Did the THC content and cannabinoid composition cause any significant changes in the blood vessel response?

let's not pretend that putting smoke into your lungs is not going to harm them in any way. your lungs are only made for air, not tar and soot.

but let's not jump on our "smokking weed leads to schizophrenia" high horse, like most drugs it merely exacerbates what is already dormant and likely to catch up with someone anyway. i think cancer and other life threatening diseases are of far greater concern for the average toker, but if you use a vape or bake with it you run a much lower risk of harming yourself (and others with second hand smoke, apparently).

1 minute is a long ass time btw. they should have just got your average college stoner to blow a fat hit over those ratfaced badboys and measure it that way, far more accurate.

Please show me any research where marijuana is negatively associated with any cancer, including lung cancer.

To my knowledge none exists.

Probably because of all the protective agents in marijuana.

Anyway legalization bypasses this a great deal with easy access to cleaner methods of using the medicine.

There will be new love from the ashes of us.
