Yeah, I thought that earlier, he must have been 50 when he started Frasier, and Frasier was supposed to be 40ish

yeah, them too (and I'm a big fan of Robert Wyatt, but he probably peaked with Rock Bottom - still good stuff after that, sure, but that was the pinnacle for me). everyone has a limited amount of inspiration in them it seems to me, some have more than others, but no-one has a limitless supply.

Tom Waits ages pretty nicely.

What an utter tragedy, one of the greatest musical minds imo.

I been thinking about Craig Mack all morning at work.  Waiting to get home and blast that beat in memory of a very unique artist.

If there was one song that embodied dancing in hiphop bars growing up it was Craig Mack - flava in ya ear.  To this day no beat makes me shake my ass like that.  It was always mixed with brass monkey or peter piper.  Too young man.  But I feel like that beat will never be forgotten.
