I see there's a Ricky Jay documentary from 2013, might have to check that out.

^that Ricky Jay doc was alright. Was much more about his mentors and his personal story regarding magic and so forth, not too many bits of his own mind-blowing stuff. Wasn't bad though, just all felt a little too much surface and not enough depth.

Some songs I made with my fingers and electronics. In the process of making some more. Hopefully.

RIP Pete Shelley who knocked it out of the park with his post Buzzcocks electronic belters

:-(

Pre post Buzzcocks weren't bad either - great ear for fun melodies.

Accidentally walked in on one of their reunion concerts once. Very enjoyable.

RIP

lost a good friend to smoking this year. Yeah, you can live a pretty long life, but it would be nice to have him around still

He's joined the other nuts in outer space. Wish I could find a clip of Mean Gene w/ Andy Kaufman.

I didn't realize he was Super Dave. I watched it as a kid and totally forgot about it. Loved him as Funkhouser in CYE.

Sad news, I used to love the Super Dave stuff. His episodes he features in of Comedians In Cars.... are great too. All around naturally funny dude.
