My bad, didn't realise they started at '88.

Haven't seen anything later than '96 yet though, but I'll edit once/if we get to that point.

Some nice work in here people. Settled on the bright orange soundcloud mashup. Seemed appropriate given the vibrant chartreuse that accompanied Syro.

i didn't see any CCAI styled covers so i got one for doubledump - one for each of the diff uploads

I'd say 500x500 is ideal if you're only planning on using it as iTunes/digital artwork.

If you intend on printing the artwork or just want it displayed at a higher resolution, try something nice and big like 2000x2000 @ 300dpi. You should be able to comfortably shrink that down to CD and digital sizes. It's far easier to scale down than it is to enlarge, unless you're exclusively working with vectors of course.
