Listen to his other/older/jammy tracks, he's quite a creative dude with a lot of cool non-steinvordy tracks

https://soundcloud.com/4rd-armpit

he takes them down pretty frequently and puts up new ones

Peep those CT-370 jams!!

Hey culler, you're hyping up the HG releases quite a bit. More than others, tbh. Side project?

I can't chop up breaks anywhere near that good!

Believe what ye like, it's him and if you follow that account for awhile you'll find some more obviously HG sounding breaks tracks get posted from time to time. Just saying dude has some range!

now that i've put on the lawyer gloves/take no prisoners vibe with Bandcamp's staff, what other websites did this same asshole put up to steal from other artists we like? im on a mission to make sure none of those pages are still up

edit: also in the process of trying to make bandcamp reveal his email or IP address (if anyone else has any leads please PM me, this fucker is going down)

i dont know the story here, but it could have been someone who really wanted to find out who heorge garrison is so they did it to rattle the hornets nest. i would have done it if i was obsessed enough. sounds like a crime of passion if anything.

Hmm, I guess it could be, given the aagic mlex track and so on.

Qqqqq=aaaaa is flippin' dope, and does use the stereo panned lines with one channel delayed by a 16th trick that's all through HG stuff.

Were they trying to rattle the hornets nest to find out identities when they put up fake Dopplereffekt etc? that is assuming this is the same person her jann has been tracking

Also that 4rd-armpit soundcloud used to link to this in the profile description:

https://tomacid.bandcamp.com/

some nice tracks on there.

Honestly I was a bit on the fence about some of the HG tracks, super lush killer production but left me feeling a bit cold just like steinvord did back in the day.

But this soundcloud and some of those tomacid tracks help color in a bit of the personality. I think it's just a dude(possibly named Tom if the bandcamp is accurately named) who has been making jams for years and doesn't care much about the labels put on them.

He should put out some of this other non-breaky non-steinvordy stuff

tis an account full of jams and older stuff. I find what's posted there more interesting, I suppose if you can't get by w/o a ton of polish & fx I can see why you'd find them shit in comparison, tbh that's 90% of what the actual HG tracks are about. Tracks appear and disappear all the time(there were a bunch of a guitar jams on there last week) so hang tight and you may hear something even you can appreciate.

You'll notice there aren't a ton of actual HG tracks in the wild, and it's clear that this producer didn't just start making tunes yesterday. Makes you wonder a bit, no? Also, aren't you just a bit curious why he's got 800+ followers? don't know the full history of the account, perhaps somebody else here has been following longer and can fill in more detail

Oh yeah, I meant to point out that

https://maulpccartney.bandcamp.com/releases

Has the same somewhat obscure location of "Comoros" as Toma Cid. Coincidence? Probably, but interesting to note as it doesn't jump out as something you'd pick at random when putting a different country of origin on every page.
