at first i thought its official because Cunningham and Richard they both like body mutations , weird faces and the boy looks a bit mentaly disabled, so yeah strange coincidence I would say. also 2:46 gives me creeps !!!

I downloaded the app the kid is using, very simple and straightforward, now I'm even more sure it's him making the videos

This is truly great, for some reason the timing is really good in that minipops video. I love how he lip-syncs some of the vocoder/vocal parts. The sun going down is really great too.

 

That other kid in his videos is truly 'that kid that teaches you the middle finger' type of kid, hahaha!
