funny thing is he actually put a load of these tracks up about 2 years ago but didnt tag them as being old..........heyho.

he did it before it was cool.

finally getting around to listening to some of these latest tracks. That remake of Analogue Bubblebath is great. Lovely squelches and for a demo the quality of it is fucking outstanding. Loving this so much. So much great new (to these ears) music from two of my favorite artists. Thanks Mike!

Yes, that's true. He uploaded them as a "gift album" http://forum.watmm.com/topic/72509-u-ziq-songs-for-lara/

Was there once a cover of I love your smile or was that all in my mind?

Haven't had a chance to listen to new SC trax as been on holiday in the Canaries. Is there any Makes a Racket era Slazenger on there.......?

Loving the new dump ;) I second the Squarepusher request, though he's been steadily releasing while Mike and Rich took a long hiatus. I really hope this buzz signals a revival of this older electronic sound. It's just so much interesting than the clinical/cleaner stuff we're exposed to these days. Miss the rough analogue and tape hiss :) the real kind, not the plug-in simulated kind !

A different version of u-ziq theme! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

lol I like how the tag keeps changing.

"chronological dump"

"not chronological anymore"

"mostly chronological"

edit: random thought but... I wonder what outtakes from the Duntisbourne era sounded like? Not sure if Mike will get to that era, but I really enjoyed that album, really complex melodies. I don't think that album's a fan favorite really, but it's definitely up there for me.

And "Rise of the Salmon" has to be one of the most epic tracks ever. lol

Rixxx I'm sure you've heard outtakes from that era?

edit: this era is one of my favourites for sure though, the 1990-1993 stuff is great. Loving The Phantom µon.

Whoa today's batch has been exceptional stuff. how the hell is this not getting any press?

i would have expected RA or Mixmag or Pitchfork to have at least mentioned it...

anyway thumbs up, Mike. you're blowing my mind.

There's lots of articles on it!

Factmag and The quietus come to mind for starters.

This most recent batch is my favorite. Album quality stuff right here.
