Music sounds too slow

I have days where all music sounds either too fast or too slow. It's like my time perception changes quite drastically from time to time. I find it quite unsettling, so luckily this doesn't happen often.

(btw that second sentence wasn't meant to be clever... the phrasing just turned out inadvertently appropriate.)

one time i set my record plater to Triplet setting. worked pretty good.
