Rainy Mood - Rain Makes Everything Better

Love rain so much and absolutely adore petrichor. My 2nd favorite smell after gasoline. Rain is like a highlighter of boring people. Rain is fun and soothing. Just geta god damn raincoat or an umbrella, pick your favourite hand recorder and go play with Mother Nature's waters break.

Hey - remember I'm down here on the Gulf Coast - we get some serious rain here, and while I like rain (as in a light, gentle rain), big-ass droplets and 1" per hour rains can fuck right off.

And fuck humidity too!

Has loads of noise, fan noise, waterfall, water, and other sounds.. Can customize different freq bands to taste, or animate. I love the waterfall generator when the 50 hz and 120 hz bands are boosted. Sounds just like the low rumble of niagara falls. I fall asleep so fast. :)

 

There's one that plays the sound of an underwater cave lake. Simply georgeous.

Theres a serious skip in it every 15 or so seconds, would have been really easy to smooth that out.

It actually works pretty well with Autechre. You'll get better results from listening to Sleep Research Facility, though. Mostly the albums Nostromo and Stealth for this sort of thing.

I would also recommend everything by slumbr for your night time needs.
