oh no. that sucks. i thought maybe neck trauma but i've seen people bounce back up from worse looking carnage like it was nothing. 

after googling and checking youtueb comments there's nothing conclusive but some people were sure he died... others said 'his shoes are still on so he's probably fine' and still others said that only his spine is dead. 

so, no idea.

I ran up those steps last Summer, but the statue is gone now.  Moved to avoid further damage.  Something like 100 people/day re-enact that scene.

if you click on the "victory is mine" it takes you to the post and the video goes full frame and it's funnier to see him punch out the kids.
