I'd like to add a boss dr660 (sans power plug), Alesis 3630, Akai Sg01v, and a line6 xb1 to this raffle, but what about postage, shit's pretty 'spensive? All items worked when I powered them on a couple of years back. Not sure about now. Uhm, yeah. I'm not a very good santa.

I'm interested in the 3630. Need a stereo compressor for my live-set master to make the beat pump a bit and add some glue, wanted to buy a FMR RNC or RNLA but I'm more broke than ever right now and might have to wait a bit for that. What do you mean Gocab, would it do the job?

also, I can propose a Monotron (forgot where I put it lol). I also have an unused DX9 but on a second thought it's too complicated to ship (it's very heavy and I've no idea how I'm suppose to pack it). I would definitely give it away if someone picks it up in Leipzig though.

Yeah, free. I'll check how much postage will be for the 3630, if it's not too crazy I can do it, maybe a swap for the monotron if you find it?

Looks like the akai and dr660 are spoken for.

i had a PM from hello spiral for the monotron but he just wrote me you also send him stuff so yeah you can definitely have the monotron! which is even more possible now because I found it (wasn't so far in the end). regarding shipping costs of the 3630, i can pay for them if you want

Nah, looks like I'll be able to work something out.

I'm not going to claim anymore stuff (the 303 was more than generous already!) but if nobody's claimed that Ibanez rack delay someone should take it. 80s rack delays are always useful. Always.

I would've taken the Akai though, I was just thinking about those the other day.

I could stand to get rid of an Alesis Nanocompressor (in great shape, but no power supply... and it's a Nanocompressor) and a BBE 466 sonic maximizer if anyone's interested. Might have to ask for like $15 for shipping on the Maximizer though, it's pretty heavy and cash is pretty scarce right now.

I've got a Behringer FCV-100 volume pedal/CV foot controller I have no use for. I gave a friend of mine an expression pedal I wasn't using a few weeks ago and he insisted I take it in trade. Looks like new, still haven't used it.

RSP, the nanocompressor and Maximizer, would they be good at tearing up/weirding out sounds? I'm guessing from the reviews I read that the comp is low quality, but that could be good for interesting effects...and the Maximizer seems to have lots of reviews of 'it does nothing/I hate it/it's usage is very specific.' I like the idea of both of these but I'm curious what you think of them...

They're kind of too subtle. IIRC the nanocompressor is pretty similar to a 3630 but with less control, but I could be wrong about that. It's not bad for $25 or whatever they cost these days, really, but I hardly ever use it. The Maximizer works great for what it is, and it's useful to run stuff through it on the way to cassette, but it's subtle. I actually like it for a lot of stuff, it's just kind of big for what it does.

They're more utility stuff than anything. I've found both of them useful for treating samples but they mostly sit around.

What I'm saying is, they're the kind of thing where if you aren't sure whether you could use it you probably don't need it but I'm glad to give it to you if you want it!

Yeah I'm not sure I'd get much use out of them since they're mostly for subtle use...my hardware setup just isn't quality enough to get much from them. I need to invest in better quality recording gear before I start worrying about accessories like that. Hopefully someone else will want them!

Ibanez DM500 digital delay (rackmount)

Is it this one?

Pretty cool, somebody claim it. I have a soft spot for "crappy" digital reverb units, there's something about that dirty digital smearing that appeals to me.

I have an MMT-8 sequencer up for grabs, and a Novation Launchkey 49 USB keyboard I'd likely give away. It functions just fine, but the pads are flimsy and not very responsive; knobs and keys OK.

Volca Bass and Beats up for trade.

Would love to trade any of these for a small desk mixer w/ eq and sends, of any usable quality, Berhinger would be fine. Would like to upgrade from a XLR/ 1/4" rack mixer, which I will also give away if I get desk mixer.

Art CDs of a mix of video game music from many genres are up for grabs to anyone as well, free shipping!

Yeah, the nanocompressor's really not that great except for certain things and the Maximizer is great for thickening up drum samples but definitely subtle. I've heard that some 80s metal guitarists used to patch the output of the left channel to the input of the right channel and run their guitar through the two channels in series to get that scooped mid 80s shred guitar sound, that's about the least subtle thing I can think of doing with it.

I'd love to get that volca beats but I don't know if I have anything to trade that you'd want. I only have one mixer and I need to keep it, but is there anything else you might like? Little Fostex ER-3 cassette four track maybe? Early (made in Japan) Boss OC-2 octave pedal? Alesis Smashup? That Radio Shack analog delay that noise guys love? Ibanez HD-1000 8 bit digital pitch shifter (with feedback insert)? 80s Digiteach 2 second rack delay? Open but mint in box Leap Motion? Morley A/B/Y pedal? I could see trading two or three of those things for the Volca Beats depending on the condition of it and what combination of things you wanted.

EDIT: I've also got a Rane SM26b mixer/splitter with the power supply I'd be down to trade. It's basically the same as the current SM26S.

BBE is a 462, had it in a box earlier, got the number wrong. Also smaller than I remembered so I'm not going to give it away actually, it's useful enough to hang on to, but I'd be open to trades. Nanocompressor is still free for the taking, though.

4 track and Leap Motion are gone.

I've also got a maschine micro, volca keys and a Nord Wave that are hardly getting any use up for trade if anyone fancy a swap. Not donating these. For the Nord I'd like something proper

I'll have a look around for some nicknacks. I'll see I can get this Joe Meek VCS3 working and that can go to a home. For trade I have a Crumar Stratus and a Jupiter 4.

You're looking to trade for a Jupiter 4?

What kinda stuff you looking for?
