Oh man... I consider myself more than literate when doing stuff with computers, but Samsung's 'Magician' application kicked my arse multiple times when I was doing a full OS clone on to a new SSD a few weeks back. I managed to figure it out eventually, but conning Joe Punchclock and Sally Housecoat into believing that it's as simple as 'playing with toy blocks' is just pure evil.
