fun 40 minute video of Michael Larson, who learnt the patterns on the light system before going on the show and raked in $100,000. producers didn't wanted to but paid him because he didn't really break any rules, he just learnt how to beat the system :)

he made all the money but eventually lost it all. there was a radio station offering $30,000 if you match up the serial number on 2 different 1 dollar notes. so he withdrawal most of his remaining money in $1 notes and had them all in bags and going over the money again and again looking for a match. the house got burgled and 10s in thousands in cash was lost.

Another scheme involved opening multiple checking accounts with a bank that was offering a promotional $500 to every new customer. Larson would withdraw the money as quickly as possible, close the account, then repeat the process again under a different name. Larson also started a fake business under the name of one of his family members and hired himself to work for the company. He then laid himself off in order to earn unemployment benefits

if they make a biopic they should definitely get john c reilly to play him. the voice would be spot on.
