Technically he's more lo-fi house but yeah he has a lot of nods to tropes in retro synth, outrun, glo-fi, vaporwave, etc. I fucking love his stuff and the videos are brilliant. He wears his influences (including Aphex Twin, 80s house, 90s dream pop, X-Files) on his sleeve in this tongue-n-cheek way.

I didn't know about this Norm MacDonald sketch comedy show that never got off the ground.  Would have been interesting to see where it would have gone had it continued beyond the pilot.
