Years ago, probably close to 10 years ago actually, I recall watching a late 80s perhaps early 90s era girl action exploitation z-movie and for a moment I thought this was it. This is a lot more out there plot wise, the other one involved more straightforward quasi-lesbian white trash felon ladies turned assassins or some shit. I only got about 15 minutes in before falling asleep. It was 3 or 4 AM post-new years party and me and a friend, who put it on for shits and giggles (via early streaming Netflix of all things lol) were the only people still awake when it came on. The memory feels like a dream. This is a lot more amateurish but the creepy narration and haphazard editing is pretty similar. Tried finding it in the past but it's a futile effort sifting through literally 100s if not 1000s of similar movies.
