whole episode is cringe. if you youtube "walker told me i have aids" you'll find more videos leading up to and after it.  it's the walker texas ranger aids education sensitivity episode i guess. 

edit: you'll probably also find lot's of Conan clips. he had a thing where he'd pull a lever, the walker texas ranger lever' and show a clip of some out of context wtf shit from the show.
