2014 & 2015 were easily the hardest years of my life, so i hope you all had a peaceful & safe seasonal celebration with loved ones

simple things, simple pleasures by the good grace of chance & a good meal too

a toast to a family who should all be canonized & the kindness of strangers

Merry Saxmas

I prefer sax AND violins.

I got a nice Penfield shirt. It was my nieces first Christmas so it was all about her really. I love Christmas, always such a great time.

Feel sorry for the north of England which is flooded out, must be awful.

I haven't heard a decent tune for three days, so in an hour or so as family heads off home (some stayed over) I'm gonna fix myself up with some beast tunes and have a nice ale or three and a few spiced rum and cokes.
