my mobile is only worth about 10$, no one would kick my ass for it, they probably would run away if i offered it to them...

Ja, It's a question of self awareness. Keep your portable music contained within in-ear head phones no matter how cool you think you are with the leakage. No-one want's to hear Korn, BT, Prince, Swans, Earth Wind & Fire, Swans or whatever hipster flavour of the month is amongst bandwagon. Some of them keep looking up to see if people around the carriage are acknowledging the leaked audio. That's cringe.

Being at work is bad enough, but BCM, 'rex, and all you bus n train commuters. That must be so exhausting, the commuting eating into your day.

luckily these days i mostly work from home but a couple of times a month i travel down to the big smoke on the commuter train... until a few months ago though, i was a full time every day tube commuter...man, the things i've seen down there...

As much as I bitch about it, I still prefer mass transit to driving. I'd rather ride my bike than do either of those though.

Nah - I would take all that shit above 1000x over having to sit in traffic for twice as long. My commute is about 45 minutes from door to door.

I work 22 miles away, so as much as I would love to bike, I don't think that would be practical for me, plus Houston in June/July/August/September would likely melt the bike tyres off.
