go to his soundcloud, he goes into detail on the dates and gear used in the tracks he's sharing, they're truly from the dates he say they are... why would he lie about it anyways, what would be the angle?

He also provides more deets for the tracks if you click on each track in bandcamp archive, e.g. For the one I posted above:

"Track title 'Whale Song' (alternate version).

Recorded at home in 1994 using an old Fostex X-26 4 track tape recorder with an Amiga computer with OctaMED software, a Casio CZ1000 and an Alesis Quadraverb effects unit."

thanks for the info guys

Nah, you're a wee child who can't wait for official release. Embarrassing. Shove your privilege.

^ Are the tracks from side A & B the same as some from his own bandcamp archive? They sounded very similar.

i'm currently listening to Archived Tracks (1992,1993, and 1994) and this shit is so fucking good and ahead of its time, it's hard to believe anyone but RDJ could've made these tracks, but there's a uniqueness there that makes me sure it isn't.

yo, watmm, forreal... this shit is too legit to quit. DJ Guy subforum nao

lol stealthy edit mr IWC.

Agreed it's ahead of its time, that's why I was skeptical last page. Thanks for the info to educate me though.

I'm finding lots of gems in here, particularly in the 1994 releases. Looking forward to the Structures/Rhythms release when it comes out. The previews are great.

Yes certainly - dunno if all of them are (I only found out about this dude a few days ago) but that 1st track on side A is from archive vol1. But $2 USD so could be a good place to start if you're on the fence.

Hey guys, where did you all find your download cards?

Mine is certainly missing (I emailed Juno). Checked the packaging, vinyl sleeve, inside the interview material and cassette even. Thinking it maybe came out at customs (my stuff is always inspected).

=/

Download code should be printed on the cassette insert. It's not on a separate piece of card which you usually get

Ack! right you are, I totally missed that. Thank you for the help.

  • 10 months later...

Thanks for the support everyone!

I uploaded some more Bandcamp albums yesterday: Archived Tracks 1995 Vol 1 & 2 (37 tracks in total).

https://guyevans.bandcamp.com/album/archived-tracks-1995-vol-1

https://guyevans.bandcamp.com/album/archived-tracks-1995-vol-2

Some of the tracks were previously available on my Organic Analogue 'Rhythms' tape release and a few are from my NORD 2x12".

These uploads are the original unmastered tape versions though.

I'll try and add more music soon, been busy working on lots of new music.

Will try and upload  these to Bandcamp or Soundcloud soon.
