I've started occasionally using 4 and U and the like and have found it complements my physical training and helps me feel younger and fitter.

I'm actually lurking all the time, just don't have much to say lately. But I've always been on here daily, maybe sometimes weekly - I'm pretty sure since before 2005. It's the only insane place I like, even with all the "2010s happening" drama I generally struggle with. I hope to see some vaguely relevant memes in response to this post.
