ps: there is a strong connection between that set and the fifth chapter of elseq...

The Zagreb set sounds pretty much like the set we got in Helsinki last night. Loved it.

.. It's very strange: the live lasts twenty minutes less than the others we know (zagreb, turin, budapest), and ends with the elektro-gescom freakbeat, which, compared to other livesets, comes after. Longer and knotted the first part (which is perhaps my favorite part ...), with unique melodies and whale sounds.

The encore, instead, proposes a completely different version of the entire second part of the set: the only thing that I recognize is the cathedral "black metal" passage, which, in any case, is played differently (in the other sets there are hard cuts between the notes).  The others set finale, with that increasing in Emeralds style, is totally absent: the entire piece focuses on extreme abstractionism.

Perhaps the encore was not intended as such, but something happened that caused them to suspend, and resume it later.

 

I really hope that the two sirs will decide to publish it, it's seems to me one of the most hallucinated submersive and alienated episode of the tour, by now.

 

If there were the possibility to download the two files, I would be very grateful... thanks!

 

Totally agree. Awesome performance as a whole. Regarding the encore, my first thought was that they maybe just wanted to check out the crowd reaction to their new "ae 4.0" set ;) Don't know, was pretty strange but cool anyway.

Thanks again Timothy, i'm still downloading the first file (my connection is a pain in the ass...) and still thinking that the Tourconing's set is more deep and reach of sidereal harmonies than the others, specially in the first part.

Shit that's a good recording. Set sounds a bit more intriguing in better quality, but despite a few high points (the last 'track' about 55-end is fucking sweet, particularly the first half) it's a bit too sound design style for me I think. Would be an experience to see it live, of course, but I'm not sold on it entirely. Or maybe I'm just spoiled with the last round of sets which are still fucking amazing.
