I think OP is asking... why is there so little pre-internet stuff on the internet? Cuz like, once you find it on the internet- even if it was originally from 1930- it's still on the internet, so it's not pre-internet anymore. So basically OP is maybe asking: "How do I use a web browser to look at things, without internet, that aren't on a computer monitor or mobile device?"

Well done peace, you win the IQ test. Your prize isn't on the internet but you have to use the internet to search for it.

I found this gif on my computer from past computers, that I downloaded on December 8, 2002.  14 year download anniversary soon!  Dayum:

Before the internet, people had to actually go to outer space and listen to Garth Brooks in orbit to get the same effect.

It's funny how the name garth brooks is as bad as the music. Probably because i picture the man at the same time decked out in his 90's linedance finery. No offense to any other garth's. The name is somewhat redeemed though if you think about the name out of the context of that bad cowboy music, then another cultural touchstone captures the name and i picture that it could be used for an npc in a DnD adventure. Something like, Garth of Trendaria, keeper of the sacred orchid grove.

It was only after hearing John Mayer play the Beverly Hills 90210 theme that I realized that it was pretty rockin'.  I used to like the theme as a kid, but I didn't realize it was so legit.

Garth Brooks seems to be the music of choice for wee Irish mums/grans of a certain age except they all call him 'Gareth Brooks'.

Rain Over Mountain is out now; 100% of Bandcamp sales are donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Association:

It's just knowing where to look. I think the advertising model of Google means that content that has been created to generate money is favoured in search rankings, because it'll feature Google-brokered ads or be placed at the top of the results. There are millions of libraries which have their own special collections which they'll often digitise for their own archival purposes - you're just less likely to see them if they're not on Buzzfeed.
