Q:

Why do I yawn all the time?

Why am I tired all the time?

Why do I have trouble falling asleep?

Why do I have acne?

Why am I anxious all the time?

Why do I have no motivation?

A:

Consider whether you're getting enough oxygen to the cells in your extremities

Start over

A:

Consider whether you're getting enough oxygen to the cells in your extremities

Start over

+food

+sleep

+social contact (physical is best)

Sleep seems to be for compressing/re-storing memory (so we don't run out of neurogenesis road)

Food helps oxygen get places

Physical social contact is how you turn your genes into another human being to take your place because your body can't figure out how to stop itself from dying and so sends a proxy in your place

Isn't oxidation essentially how you age and die though?

Yeah oxygen might be paradoxical in its effect on us

Our cells seem to only get to 'regen' so many times, and oxygen seems to speed that process up

Although, perhaps it's stress (glucocorticoids) that ultimately does our cells in

Why does stress look like aging? (i.e. Why does stress turn hair gray and degrade our brain/skin/etc exactly like aging does?)

I don't eat

I don't sleep

Can you point my autism towards the joke here?

(It's a joke, right?)

he literally doesn't eat or sleep, there's no joke there.

afaik i usually place all my cum drops on scientifically sterilized glass slides which are carefully frozen and placed in trash cans throughout the city labelled "for women ❤️ alco" with my social security and phone numbers.

Oops I left something out

Biggest predictors of longevity seem to be stress, diet, AND exercise (aka *aerobic* exercise)

and holding your cummies.

Keanu, you got a thorn in your side, mate

I know we're (allegedly) adversaries but I'd be happy to tell you how to pluck it out

(Since that's what I study)

and P.S.

the *reason* I study it is because I was severely depressed

And I didn't enjoy anything

and my cynicism had basically consumed my entire personality

And everything around me was annoying and threatening

And I knew everything

and everyone around me knew nothing

(But luckily some smart folks throughout history had some *really* good ideas about how to change that...)

Out of interest when you say study do you mean self-directed or are you enrolled in some sort of structured learning?

Be careful about not knowing everything again ;)

...and thanks for this thread, I've really found some of it stimulating and beneficial for m'own noggin.
