every year i watch A Charlie Brown Christmas and every year i’m struck by how good it is. lots of small, moving moments and weird little jokes and such tucked in throughout.
 

might watch Prometheus next because Jesus.

Ended up watching Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas and Die Hard, both of which are timeless, heartwarming holiday classics.

Almost had a fight last night in the pub. With bizarrely a friend of mine. Wow, very weird. Lucky the Beer Badger remained very calm, and very cool, and smiled through the barrage of insults and fist waving, which of course made Mister Coppard look like a complete and utter tit. Very embarrassing for him. I win without even throwing an insult nevermind a punch. He shook my hand in front of everybody when I decided to leave, to salvage the mess he had created. Victory was mine.

Today - around dozen screaming kids from extended clans, Christmas done blown they minds. Every room = toy carnage. Tidied boxes mysteriously undo themselves. Frank Sinatra on stereo all day (too much too much maaaan). Only cunt who doesn't drink so volume doesn't register with boozers. 45mins spare while they go for a dog walk, cue up a couple of tracks & hammer an edible down

About to head out myself and do the obligatory presents exchange bullshit. Then get to come back home and make vegan cabbage rolls. Hopefully I can squeeze in some classic Doom during the baking.
