I'm not sure but I feel all the changes are somehow created by us:)

Maybe the changes (clues?) are slowly waking us up to the idea of a fluid reality that we can change by collective consciousness

Shyeet, I like the first half of that a lot. Second half cuts in and I start singing turners lyrics (parents used to play this tina turner album in the car constantly when I was a nipper) same album that had steamy windows on it if i'm not mistaken.
