I don't remember Mr Rogers at all because it was an American show. Does this mean it didn't exist?

The only reason I know it exists at all is from americans nostalgiaposting online. And I've never seen them write it as Rodgers.

It was a good kids show, and the theme song was a nice jazz cut.
