aphex fanboy question

agreed.. Just talking about fandom, collecting etc. 

I guess with other animals like cats for instance I generally like them but I don't like every breed and every individual.

With dogs I just seem to have an instant deep affection for pretty much all of them. Even if I'm in a really bad mood seeing a dog doing it's thing will usually lift me.

Fruit juice is endlessly tasty and exciting - the colours, smells, the smoothness of the liquid in your mouth hole and of course the sweet, sweet, sweetness. It's a sensory delight.

It'll be a blue moon on a cold day in hell when I turn down a delicious glass of fruit juice.

I guess what I was trying to get at is the level of fandom we feel. Sure, we are fans. But in my personal experience my fandom for Aphex Twin eclipses my "fandom" for everything else. New Star Wars? I can wait a week. New album of a beloved artist? Can wait for that perfect time to listen. Where as with Aphex stuff I'm rabid... hence being a member on this forum ha. Was hoping to have a bit of a discussion on this phenomenon.. (I know I'm not the only fucking one) come on. 

 

I think the whole Aphex subforum is explanation enough.
