Maybe see what distributor Analogical Force uses? Their records are on Amoeba.com for pretty much the same price as Bandcamp with free shipping throughout the US.

Redeye has great shipping prices to the usa.

I used to do sound for one of the guys that runs the SF store. I may be able to find out who their distro is.

It isn't explicit on their site.
