That's what they want you to think

Anyway AE_LIVE was twelb. elseq was schmirteen, this is 14.

Unless elseq 1-5 was actually elseq 15 and Ae have transcended the laws of time itself.

You're completely right AE_LIVE has the cat# WARP360 and Elseq has cat# WARP512, so this is indeed album number 14

In case anyone was wondering, you do get the mp3/flac/wav downloads immediately for session 1 if you buy now.

I'm assuming that means we'll get the next 3 as they air.

So..

Oversteps, length: ~1h

Exai, length ~2h

elseq 1-5, length ~4h

NTS Sessions 1-4, length ~8h

???, length 16 hours?

They will make a streaming service that plays 24/7. When they sleep it will go on auto-pilot. Their algorithmic focus will shift from modeling their own tastes and decisions, to modeling the evolution and mutation of these tastes. It will reach the point where it can run on its own without any human direction. After Sean and Rob leave this mortal coil, it will continue to create an endless stream of Autechre as long as there is a VM to host it.

I think they hinted at this being a reality in a recent-ish interview.

£120 is pretty damn reasonable. I've often bought EPs with 15-30mins of music for £20, so this is tremendous value in comparison

but still... I can not afford this at all right now

CD jobby mefinks!

north spiral is so fucking cool

Yeah this one's definitely a grower. Wasn't keen on the first listen but it's actually pretty nuts, having a proper flac playing LOUD helps too. Reminds me of their oberman knocks remix a bit.

i went for the CDs
