it's just like a comedy conceit really. Also we're talking elsewhere on another site about how the random internet fetish gets gameified sometimes so there's context why I said it. Like there is a certain brand of trans deviantart stuff I guess where there is a macguffin/power-up to trigger the sex change, a special bow or poofy dress or whatever.
