as far as just 3 goes, fLh gets honorable mention for being funky as fuck and acid mwan idle for sheer weirdness

for real though, this session is dope, probably the one that was the most immediate for me.

Still hate splesh. Def don’t get it. Seems so far below their caliber.

ah man splesh is so good. has a really really nice groove and the sounds are otherworldly

Splesh didn't click with me at first, but it grew on me fairly quickly.

Love the bass in that tune.

Acid mwan idle is something else, totally mesmerized. Sounds like a fevered dirge played on weird exotic instruments by intoxicated tribesmen in some deep and humid jungle. Goes well with a bit of Tewe/MCR Quarter.

this sits with bbq for me as one that I just dont get. at all.

as much as I love the other NTS tracks I'm especially digging nineFly at the mo. The slow progression from warping sounds to the final melody is fascinating, plus the submerged ending is ace as well. It's also the most sonically fresh piece of the lot, it slightly evokes Confield vibes but essentially it's something really new for them

good point, I do hear similar ideas, like the morphing bass thing

Love acid mwan idle, blissfully coasting after the rush of the first three before arriving at the weird jazzy interlude or whatever fLh is supposed to be; glos ceramic and shimripl air are up there too.
