isn't his throat/vocal problem from some neurological issue? brain worms maybe?  injury to the vocal chords.. i can't remember what it was.. 

throat cancer sucks. i have thyroid cancer. still going through the process. but when i worked in hospice i remember thinking "throat cancer is the worst way to go". there was a patient w//neck tumors who had throat cancer and totally inoperable and he'd done all the treatments possible over the years so there was nothing to do but wait. the tumors got so big he slowly strangled to death. i'm pretty sure he was getting roxinol drops into his open mouth as often as needed to keep out of pain and respiratory distress but even so.. i always thought it would be the worst.  he's a bastard for sure and has caused a measles outbreak in an isolated population and is responsible for actual deaths... brain cancer would be a better fit for him since he's got maggot brains already. 

but i think assassination would be far more funny/slapstick for the universe to pull that shit on us.
