Cheers for that, getting into her now. Intrigued to see how she develops over time.

Nice! I've started with her newest stuff, gonna work my way back. Really digging 'Rare High' on her newest EP, and the title track to her 2018 EP Mood. Her drums slam hard, and she has incredible finesse with synthesis skills.

Those are the 2 EPs I've taken a listen to as well (Mwah & Mood). She is still early 20s I think, still finding her own voice imo, could almost become anything. I agree with your last sentence.

Nkisi Nkisi Nkisi

Love her new album 7 Directions and Dark Orchestra EP

Same reason why I fell instantly for Skee Mask, quite simple arrangements but deep sonic magic within the sound.

Nkisi is doing a gig in Liverpool soon, I'll likely be going along.

Hopefully it'll be good. Pretty sure she has a monthly show on NTS...

Saw this girl in Berlin and again recently when she came to the US for the first time. Great DJ sets with harsh and trippy techno

Cool. I'll check this out. I know nothing about Delia Derbyshire but know she's held in very high regard. I think a few years ago a track of hers came on the radio and it was rather excellent and rather trippy....
