also couldve been a problem with your wiring, sounds like you used regular gold-plated triple-shielded diamond-engraved approved-by-professional-studio-engineer-called-kara wires, trust me its worth it spend a few more hunderd dollars to get the quadruple-shielded cables, trust me, just hear for yourself
