may be rude
amazing illustration of demonic pigs, grinning with a ketamine needle, looking for someone to toss down a k-hole for the night's entertainment, disregarding the potential for their resulting death. this is exactly the problem, it's clearly gone way too far (better said: it's always been been too far, but now we are seeing it), and the problem cannot be tolerated. the cops need to be reined back. and it takes a tremendous force to do so, because they have unions, politics is sludge, and pandering to the police is a common source for political capital, so they've just ballooned in their sense of entitled untouchability. fuccccck the shit pigs. i know there are a lot of good ones, but fuck the shitty ones so fucking much. Candiru
Trying to blame all of this on police completely misses the point anyway and it actually seems to intentionally miss the point. It's bad legislation that the American people naively ASKED for decades ago. They wanted to be tough on drugs and crime, but a lot of it ended up backfiring in a sinister way. Cops are killing less people than ever, but we have smartphones now. Not a popular thing to point out, I realize, but it's still true.
