Would really like to see this released someday; seems like ole Tom doesn’t have any interest in releasing any of his archive material though even though he seems to have a ton of it…..

I hinted at this early on in the thread, but I have it in my head that soundmurderer - todd osborn - has this as a 12".  I guess off Rich but maybe he's got the fast-track to Tom? anyone able to reach him?

Can't imagine having a whole album of what maybe classic tracks (if the rest is on the same level as Rome) just sat gathering dust. Bonkers.

The new Aphex Pogo  book re-iterated that the infamous lost RDJ HD on the plane had about 80 unreleased pusher trcks. You'd wonder was that them also?

Yeah I don't believe the lost minidisc on the plane. Though I could be wrong. Just think SP like the stoking the flames of the mythical lost archive album with one of the greatest bangers of all time on it

also.. when i shot the 2009 omg-its-squarepusher vids at the warp20 event, there was a professional camera crew between the stage/barrier for the whole show.

They'll release it to celebrate Warp40. They have nothing else to release, quite frankly.

yeh, cos aphex releases it all off-record, Boc are anither 20 years out, and autechre releases correctly... "here's what we're workig on and here is 20 versions of it" (im not complaining!)
