Maybe something to do with the 25th anniversary of Succour, like a collection of unreleased rareties or reworked stuff (like last year) from then called SF25. Succour was their first proper album on the label as well.

I can't remember the source but I believe its a cd reissue for the Japanese market which combines the album with the 2001 bonus tracks and the Quoth ep. No new trax tho.
