Well I mean anyone can add it to there collection.

But my guess is the person behind the pictures either works at a record store or knows someone who does. From the pictures they posted it looks genuine and real. But also lets not skip over it being referred to as a single rather than an EP. My personal opinion is, I think this might be actually a double single rather than a EP.

Well either way we might get some new music rather early.

Yeah this is real, the photos are genuine and the person who provided it has photos of never before seen art upclose.
Plus the photos of the vinyl up-close are totally different from warps/bleeps photos.
The person definitely took it with there phone.
